Trending @Infosys; Does HR help in salary revision.

I have recently got promoted to associate consultant from SSE with 4.96 CTC which’s a bare minimum. I have sent an email and follow up on teams to my manager for salary revision. Shall I send an email to HR for this will there be any use ??
