Hi guys, I recently joined Infosys. In my project all members working late night till 10pm and they are expecting me to stay and work as well. This will be like 13hrs work daily. There is no life here only work. How can I escape from this? Do you guys also working long hrs?
Yes working in shifts, working beyond ofc hours, no social life, health affected Just waiting from month end to month end for salary. No work life balance.
Yep, for me sometimes it even goes beyond 10+ hours. For many people in my project, it's an extra privilege to get 2 or more days of continuous leaves in a month. We work continuously with toxic/selfish leadership team.
I am working in the second shift but other people in my project login at 9 am and they attend client calls at 8 pm. But they take breaks between 5 pm to 8 pm.
Everything depends on your proj. If u have work to cmplt, u may need to sit xtra hrs... Even sat or sun too. 😌
Hi, in the case of working extra hours try to bill it for which you will be paid extra!
Every employee will be allocated with some time resources on a monthly basis, utilize most of it by logging extra hours of work if you have worked extra. For more information or any other alternate ways contact your BPHR.
Hi guys I am working in Infosys BPM,I am working in night shift, they are not even giving IJP they are not released the employee if they get IJP it's to hard to do night shift with less salary
It depends on project to project, for me also sometimes I need to work 8 to 9 hours sometimes 1 or 2 hours is sufficient
Bhai this is 70 hrs week company
