Trending @Infosys; Do we receive the increment on job progression?
Got a progression letter from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant.. Since, I already got a hike, can I expect an increment for this progression or not?
How much time did it take for you to get a progression from Associate consultant to senior associate consultant
Depends on person to person, 1 Year minimum, also have seen people not getting progression even after 1 year 2 months .. depends on manager recommendation and some certifications required to be completed for getting progressed like BCEP ( business excellence communication) compliant mail that came and was asking to complete the training to be eligible for progression. Similar way can ask manger on the same once your are nearing one year in your JL level .
Progression doesn’t award hike as it is a one step up within same band (level 4) i.e. 4b -> 4a If there is change of band (Jl4 to Jl5) i.e. promotion then increment happens .
