Trending @Infosys; Do we get any confirmation letter after completing probation?
Hi guys, As we have 6 months of probation for lateral joiners in infy so do we get any confirmation letter once we complete that or it's just our job confirmation status changes from N to Y in infyme portal?
Also is anyone aware what is the difference between being in probation and getting confirmed is there any kind of advantage we get or something?
Yes you will get confirmation letter , nothing Advantage , the disadvantage is notice period gets increased to 90 days

So far i thought its 90 days 🙃🙃
During probation, you will get 4 days of leaves for every quarter. After confirmation, it will be 5 days. The 90 days notice period is applicable during and after probation for all laterals.
