I am going to put resignation but I don't want to leave Infosys.

I have offer of 30% hike. Offer is from tcs I hear tcs is not good as compare to infosys😶

Am I making wrong call to join tcs incase Infosys don't retain.

Anyone please guide me🙂

They will counter you with 25% hike but nothing will be given on email. Its between you and your manager/upper management trust factor.
