Trending @Infosys; Do companies check technology you worked in previous company in bgv
Hi, I was trained in cyber security and reskilled in security testing. I am currently doing manual testing in a project. If I want to move as a pen tester in other companies. Do they verify whether I was working as manual tester but not as pen tester and terminate me in the new company. Do the new company do bgv for technologies. Please help me. I am kindly open for the suggestions.
At max they can verify whether you have worked on previous company thats it, they can't verify on which technology you worked.
As I knew companies can check whether you have worked with your previous company or not they can't figure out in what technology you have worked.
Also I heard this if HR has a doubt or HR want to check thoroughly they can initiate they too but I'm not sure.
