I am a introvert and have social anxiety disorder...I need to know whether consultant role have lot of interactions?

Don't go by the designation. Infact most of associate consultants in infy work as developers.

You're in corporate, try to adapt, being an introvert I had difficulties in interaction, calls and till now I do but I have adapted to the environment and get my job done at the end of day.

In all, you can do it. Find your safe space in all of it but still adapt to the environment

As an Associate Consultant, you'll have to interact quite a bit, but it's not all day. You can manage it with some practice and support from teammates.
