I have received revised letter recently. Job role change from SSE to Associate Consultant. Guess the salary - 4.96 CTC. Seriously Even if I promoted to TA I will receive the same. Then why made me AC instead they can give me TA right? Now I have this question lingering on my mind.. Can I write the bridge program for associate consultant which in turn if I pass all will my salary increase?
Don’t know it looks like weird to ask this can someone share your thoughts on this..
Fun fact laterals with 2.5+ experience are gjve 12 LPA for associates consultant role.
If you are surviving in one company you will get same salary even if you get promoted to manager

No, you can't nominate for ACON bridge program if your role already changed. You have to wait until you're eligible for Consultant Bridge. But the change in ctc you've mentioned is too low. Better switch.
