Trending @Infosys; Disgusting Project
Hi guys, I stucked on one project which is not even relevant to my skills and I have joined Infosys as a lateral. They are literally torchering me. I have asked infy manager to release me from project but he's not interested and my project is like a hell. No flexibility, no humanity, 5 days regular office and 2nd shift, not allowing leaves even if someone die from family, screen monitoring and expecting 8.8hours screen time otherwise we have to apply for leave if 8.8hours not getting maintained. Please suggest what to do ?

Did they mapped you to their project without taking interview? If your skills were not used in the project, you could have told them in the interview process itself ...I wonder they just mapped you without taking interview and now forcing to work on their project technology..... whatever sillycry guy said, you need to do in worst case just apply for resignation and don't work, id you are lucky they will release from project and then may be u can take your resignation back, God help u bro

Bro they have taken my interview on my skillset ( SAP MM ) and there is nothing related to my friend. This is totally Finance project and they have their own customize program. I can say this project interview process was completely Fraud. I believes they are doing this because of some extra billing purpose but their employees are struggling and they are ignoring. Sad truth

That's sad to hear bro, it's not fair....I have seen one guy from a development background, he was forced to work as a test engineer for their project and he had no choice due to the project refusal policy...try for alternative was to get out of project and in worst case switching is the last option.

Understand you bro 😂😂
Literally I too went through the same thing …
Here mapping within infy are crazy .. All they care is upskill .
Can suggest IJP but assuming you haven’t completed 1 year within infy .
Only choice is reach out to DM or managers reporting manager .. see they will say policy refusal for project .. say my skills are not getting utilised ..be polite .. raise concern and work life balance is not having and your health is getting impacted .
lastly only way is switch 😊

Correct

I joined Infosys as a lateral as associate consultant. In an interview they have taken me for the Java+ Spring boot role but after joining the project they have assigned excel, Python which is irrelevant to my skill set. No project roadmap just what they are doing for billing purposes The fun fact is that my manager is telling me to not expose to the client that your skill set is different. Poor leadership not sure what the hell TPD is doing

Better switch instead of being in such a situation bro!!

Resign without offer and prepare well
