Anyone got invited to Hyd stp tomorrow for pip discussion I have chosen to resign, so got mail from hr for in person discussion tomorrow in hyd stp I am in project now , will this be my last working day or it depends on my dependency on project deliverables? Can someone please tell me about this Anyone who resigned by not choosing pip got invite tomorrow?

Yes you will get leave encashment but as per basic salary only

I didn't resign yet , just told my manager that I choose to get 5 months salary instead of pip
So, hr scheduled a meeting tomorrow

Then tomorrow they will provide you with two options and let you choose…either 5 months salary and same day resignation or clear pip tasks.
