I have completed 2 out of 3 certifications and working in performance testing projects for past 3 years but why it is still not showing in align and experience in the picture? Once I will complete third certification , will it be completed and will skill tag align to mine?
Looks like learning is incomplete. Please check any certifications left from each path. Atleast one should be completed for all paths then it will be ticked. For experience, click on it and check if you are working on the mentioned project in that tool tip info.
Please ask your manager about DSO od project. Only selected number DSO will be aligned to specific skill tag.
Might be your Project DSO is not aligned to digital assurance professional skill tag.
Every unit has a DSO aligned with a unit to get that skill tag aligned to it . ie. If your current unit has this skill aligned to it ,The green tick with come on align & experience. If not so you will have to ask your manger to add this skill tag by going to TMS (talent management system ). Even though you complete this skill tag align & experience won’t come .
For aligning your project, check with your manager. Or Rae can raise ihd
