Trending @Infosys; Different tech nomination

I am actually been on bench for more than 3 months . Currently I have been self nominated by someone to attend some random training which is irrelevant to my current tech skill. I am actually not interested to attend them. But I have accepted the invite. Will it cause any issue if I am not attending it?
