After completing my engineering degree from pune . I started my corporate journey from infosys in 2021. In starting it was good as i was doing WFH. My preference dc was pune but don't know how and why i got indore location.All of my team are in hyderabad i don't know anyone here in indore Since last one year i am living alone . Don't know anyone in office never ever had any interaction with anone except security guard. Don't know why i don't found anyone worth interacting here. So just somehow living my life all alone here. Now i started hating it. Not seeing any purpose of being here.
There are pros and cons of both. The con of working with whole team and manager at same DC is some managers do micro management too much. So much so that people hate going to office and seeing the same faces again.
