I have selected for SAP Consultant for Deloitte & senior Associate projects for Cognizant.

Deloitte offered 20 LPA (10% variable) & Cognizant 27 LPA (70 K variable)

Could you please suggest which company is better in terms of SAP projects , Job security/bench policy & work culture.

In cognizant no job security, you can stay 45 days on the bench after that they will force you to resign. Recently happened to my friend.
