Trending @Infosys; Deloitte or Capgemini

Deloitte is giving a nice joining bonus and Capgemini is giving around 1 LPA more than Deloitte but no joining bonus. Which one is better? Which one has better PLM projects and better work culture and teams?

If it's a Deloitte USI then you can join. In CapG you will be eligible for a normal hike after 2-3 years but in Deloitte you will get a yearly hike.

Few things to consider:

Which company have better work culture wise.
Joining the bonus will stay with you for some time but if the ctc is a bit more than I would suggest to go with more ctc as it will help you in future switchs.
One of my junior joined Capgemini.
