Dear HR people, I got offer from infy 10lpa as associate consultant current 6.7lpa can I ask HR to make my offer 11.5lpa. I'm thinking it's not worth to join with 10lpa.Can you pls suggest. I don't have any other offer in hand currently still 60days left my notice period.

It's CIS back ground. AD, windows server & VMware skills.

Atleast ask your current organization to increase your package with your offer. But most of the companies gives 30% hike from current salary. The next interview you can ask for 12 lpa mentioning you have an offer of 10 lpa.
