If your offer letter has a different base location, you get travel charges (flight / train) and 15 days of ECC accommodation for free.
If Bangalore is the location on your offer letter, nothing.

Oh, things might have changed now. About 4-5 years back, travel to another location (apart from the location in the offer) was covered. Air fare or first class AC train ticket.
