Trending @Infosys; Criteria For Platinum club

Hello everyone I'm from CMEADMROW unit I need to know what will be the criteria to enter into the platinum club , currently my last three ratings are outstanding, commendable, outstanding and also have a DQ score of 230pts , where we need to check if we are already there.

Platinum club will be picked automatically & you receive mail by April if you selected and
Criteria will be 3 CD/OS ratings and top 10% in the DQ score as per last year. Maybe this year they will put DQ as Top 1 to 5% in org level cause many members DQ crossed 200.

Platinum Club is completely cream members in org level & benefits will be 100% variable pay and promotion/ progression will be faster than others and last year they given some stocks also.
