Hello All, I received CR revision letter on 25th Feb 2025 as part of yearly hike. Today I have received promotion letter with revised compensation. However in today’s RC last to last salary structure is mentioned Vs last structure i received during yearly hike on above mentioned date. How RC being considered for promotion? I believe it would be based on last hike structure right? if so how and whom to approach to rectify ?

I think it's like current CTC -> Role Hike and Yearly Hike calculated based on december salary

No, as the current promotion is applicable from Jan 1st the ctc considered will be from December
