For one of my friend they had given 34 % hike . And for me they had told me they can give maximum 50% but I am getting 80% hike so , still I am thinking

No, they they try to retain but will never match the offer. One of my colleague tried, they were offering hike but not matching the offer

8%-10% is the last infy will offer you i think

Once offer released will not be changed. If you come under niche skill and requirement is urgent then there will possibility otherwise 99.9% they won't negotiate.
