Trending @Infosys; Continuous Leave query

I need leave from 26-31 dec and 5-7 jan , is it ok to apply leave or should I check with hr?

In Infosys HR doesn’t approve leaves it’s your manager. Most projects have less work during this time with no releases so should not be an issue just apply in system and let your manager know the reason. You are giving enough notice for them to olan

But I heard for leaves more than 5 need approval from HR. I am not taking continuous leave and have a 2 days gap between, but just curious if it will be an issue.

Check with manager, if on bench then just apply for leave

No, you need to discuss with your manager on who will fill the gap when you are on leave. Earlier you initiate this conversation the better it will be for you.
