I was offered my ex company to join again. Is it good to join an ex company again because I heard that joining an ex company will raise a question on an interview with a bad impression. Is this true ?

Nothing is wrong in joining an ex company. If it is offering better than your current company, go for it. Stop worrying about the people around you, not everyone likes to see you grow. Avoid such membranes. Hope that answers your query. Namah Shivaya.
