Will there be a salary hike for lateral(Associate Consultant) after confirmation. It's mentioned in infosys policies that a lateral can be awarded hike or promotion depending on manager feedback.

Its just probation to confirmation!! Ironically manager never award anything as soon as any lateral employee confirmed!!
