Hi. I joined Infosys in March,2024.In infy me my probation period is completed on 1st sept.

During this period I got escalation from my scrum master regarding work performance including my DM and manager.

I want to know what will be the next step.they will take. I connected to my scrum master and they stated to me that "they have given positive feedback to my manager". But in infy me it is showing connect to your supervisor.

Any input on this.

They will delay for some day after getting confidence on you they will Confirm.

Talk to your manager directly. Positive feedback from your scrum master is good, but your manager's input is crucial. System updates can be slow, so keep following up.
