Need some suggestions.

My confirmation has been extended as I am on bench and I had a meeting where I communicated the leadership hcm team what kind of projects I need but unfortunately I didn't receive any update from them in spite of taking multiple follow ups.no revert I got.no project opportunity.

Now in that case what to do.
