I will have my confirmation on 30 april but my manager said u r new in project and confirmation is done based on 6 months evaluation within project.....also i did acclerate tasks , did alll things as per bench people do now got project 4 months before ....but they said they will do in next 2 quarter ....what can i do ? Any suggestions ?

Your manager is playing the classic "carrot and stick" game. "6 months evaluation" is just an excuse. You're not a school kid to be evaluated. You're a professional. They're just trying to squeeze more work out of you without any reward. This is not a charity, it's a business. "Dhanda hai, dharm nahi." (It's business, not charity.) What are they doing to ensure your growth and satisfaction?
