Trending @Infosys; Con to Sr.Con role change
Hi, I'm working as a Consultant (5B) from Jan-2024, and there is project dependency on me. I've asked my manager last quarter to consider me for progression, he said he will try, but I'm not given Sr.Con. Even this quarter also same reply from him, "will try..." I'm getting 13.3 LPA, is my Salary too low to be considered for a 5A role ? Or another reasons?
One thing going from 5b to 5a is progression and not promotion so I don’t think there will be sal change
Secondly you have to complete 18 months in your current role if that’s full filled
Third your manager has to recommend you and after that the slots should also be available on a quarter how many can make it to that level but entirely depends on manager he can push for you strongly
I think B to A role change need only 12 months right ?
