Can any one please share the criteria(Role Maturity) to become Senior Consultant from Consultant?
I have become CON on July 1,2022 and still on the same role.
CON to SCON is progression(no hikes). Typically in 3 yeas you will get. SCON . SCON to LCON it can take take from 3-12 years depending on your rating, slots, how much extra work you are doing apart from your project, how many folks with similar ratings and more experience are already waiting in your unit, how much business you are bringing in etc. off late they have made it very difficult as internal slots are very few.There was a time when even even avergE performers were given jl6 in 6 years. Now you will lucky if you are JL6 in under 10 years experience. But during COVID the recruiter a lot of under 10 years as JL6 from outside as they couldn’t match the salary.

Con to scon will be very quick and it's a progression. I got progression in 1.5yrs but scon to lcon is quite hard to get..
It's wrong. They increase the responsibility with this progression their expectations also increase.. Then why not a salary hike?
Also for SCON to LCON (if that's what it is called)
