I have been asked to complete the competency assessment with self review. I have 3 years of experience now. I am confused what to select in the options- competent or proficient in the skills. Please help me out.

Select 'competent.' With 3 years of experience, you're still building depth. 'Proficient' is for those with extensive expertise. Keep it real and avoid overestimating.

I joined directly as an SP. I missed the target levels listed on lex. Have filled competent competent for some which needed proficient as target and filled proficient for some which needed only competent. I hope this doesn't stops my promotion to L2 :(
