Hi.. Anyone joined the Quarterly town-hall today from 2:30 to 3:30 PM IST? If yes, is there any news or date regarding compensation review?

Yes, here are the updates they have provided,

  1. We are still looking into it.
  2. The management hasn't provided us any detailed insights on it.
  3. It is still under consideration.
  4. We don't know.
  5. Ask your neighbor.
  6. Please help me get out of here.
  7. Only people who worked 70 hours, will get a hike.
  8. Gangadhar hi shaktimaan hain.

No dates as of now but Shaji did mentioned that the leadership had discussed regarding hikes and active talks are now going. He did mentioned that last year hike was effective from November so my guess is that this year also they will rollout letters in December effective from November.

For sure 😁. Even if they do announce the average hike would be less than 10%. Not worth waiting for peanuts.

The final discussion will happen once all quarterly tow halls upto DM level are over. So that we have to wait for another quarter to Al’s this question. If senior most HR employee cannot tell you a date you know the answer.
