What is the expected salary hike for a commendable rating? I am in MFGADM.

Rating Alone doesn’t decide the hike %. The company performance will decide the average hike percentage. With commendable rating yiu will get the average hike + 3-4% if and when it’s announced. Most likely jun 2026 with hike effecting April 2026.
