Trending @Infosys; Cohort Training in Pune

Hi All, My base location is Chennai. My recent ratings are Commendable and Outstanding(previous year)

In my last project, I didn't perform well because it was on new technology. Post completion of that project, I was moved to bench after 25 days now I'm in New project too.

Two days ago, I received an email from TPD Manager with subject as Off-line Cohort Planning. I didn't attend it as I had my project work. Now a person called me and said they are asking us to come to Pune for cohort Training.

Is this true? Like is Infosys pulling people to Pune from other DCs for Training? Since, I'm in a project now this isn't for me, right?.

I'm a little confused. If anyone has any idea, please help me understand this.
