Trending @Infosys; Client Request for Sunday support and no response from manager

So my client has requested to provide support on sunday for more than 6 hours. I emailed the same along with the work hours to my manager at Infy and no response from them. No acknowledgement either. Is that usual? Do I have to chase them to get compensation off?

Just apply in the system in advance for comp offs apply for on duty for the hours worked on Sunday. If it’s less than 9 hours 15 minutes then you will get only half day comp off . So make sure put the in out time accordingly
