Trending @Infosys; Clarification on Bench Period

I have recently joined Infosys as a lateral hire and is alloted to central bench, Can anyone please let me know when will one gets allocated (timeline) after joining and what is the maximum time that one can stay in central bench without getting allocated to any project.

You will start getting call within month or 2 after you join, if you get call and you are accepting project make sure the project alline with your skill set and goals you can reject if they are not , and you can be in bench 6 months without any issue , if it comes to that make sure you upskill yourself and try accelerate program in Infosys
