Trending @Infosys; Clarification on Attendance, Week Offs, and Night Shift Allowance
I am currently working in rotational shifts. As per my schedule, my weekly off falls on either Thursday–Friday or Monday–Tuesday, depending on the week. I would like to confirm the following:
1.Do I need to report to the office on my week off days, or are they considered complete offs with no attendance required?
2.On Saturdays and Sundays, am I expected to work from home if those days are working as per the roster?
3.Regarding night shift allowance, I understand that it is applicable only for night shifts. Could you please confirm if I need to follow any specific process to ensure that my attendance is marked correctly and the allowance is credited?
- you have to submit comp off request for Saturday and sunday if you work, and apply onduty for those days. And for your week offs falling on weekdays you can use your comp off balance and use them as weekoff/ leave
Regarding night shift allowance , you need to submit your attendance as per your shift timings , else you womt receive your shift allowance
