Trending @Infosys; Citibank account projects in Infosys. Anyone from this account? Need suggestions.

I have few doubts related to Citibank account projects:

  1. Is it mandatory to report to project DCs or can work from any DC?
  2. Those mandatory industrial skill certifications can be claimed if we clear it?
  3. How is the account? Projects are good? The scope and career growth? Also what about work pressure?

  1. It's not mandatory unless your client is asking you to. But on paper, you should be working from the project DC.
  2. I'm not sure what you mean by claiming it. If you clear it, of course it's yours.
  3. As far as I know, they have lots of projects and there is a lot of work. You'll always be busy and you will get to learn but to be honest you'll be working at least 10 hours on average. Everyone I know (from different projects under citi) is working around 10 hours. They have too much work.

Thanks for the reply.
For, point 1. How much is the change in Citi account that client will ask to report to project DCs?
For, point 2. I meant, the project manager is asking for a industrial certification (outside Infosys lex) like ISTQB/AZURE/Java Oracle.. etc based on the skill set as that is a mandatory requirement for clients.
So these certification are to be done as part of prerequisite for onboarding.
My concern is employees will bear the cost of the certification exams(as mentioned by project manager), and once we clear can we claim it?

Citi bank is a big project. I recently joined here ,for me they did not provide any KT's directly assigning work and asking me to learn by doing. I am not happy here

Oh. Ok. I'm yet to be onboarded, I'm still completing the mandatory certifications.
