What I heard , this one of the best units in terms of growth. Since they work on tech/products which is hot like service now they are able to give back fast growth to employees to retain then. I know folks in this group who got promoted to jl5, jl6 and jly7 way before any of their peers in infosys.

Worked in CIS unit for 4 years, now escaped to TCS (Will join tcs Feb month)
