Now the tax will be deducted based on the old scheme per month? Then how can I claim it after the year?

While filing ITR you will be given option to use old or new tax regime. Based on what you choose your tax will be calculated. If the TDS is more than what is getting calculated whole ITR , you will get refund. If TDS is less, then you will have to pay the rest of tax. Else a 0 return will be filed
