Trending @Infosys; Change tech after 6+ YOE in infosys

I have 6+ years of experience in IT industry and Infosys, worked in supply chain and logistics domain in support projects and recently in EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) about a year. I want to get into back end java development I have built some APIs using springboot but don't have formal experience to showcase other than these APIs. So is it possible to get into back end dev inside infosys or I should try outside? Or is it too late? 😕
