Trending @Infosys; Change project through IJP

Hi all. I am a senior associate consultant in iCETS unit currently working in a client facing project which I am not enjoying. I have to work at odd hours, attend nonstop calls and meetings and follow strict deadlines. It is very exhausting for me to interact with so many people in a day.

I am looking for something that is more internal facing. I will be exploring opportunities on IJP. How easy is it to get projects at JL4 being an MBA graduate. Does anyone have any advice on this? Please help.
