Hi all, actually before joining infosys a year back I have done one external certification of 500$ of Genesys cloud cx professional . I have also get that certification verified these week so my query is can I also get reimbursement for that certificate???

You can raise a claim for external certification. but in some cases they will ask for unit head pre approval or manager pre approval.
