Hi all, Does anyone faced situation of profile is blocked by Central TPD.why they are blocking and when they will unblock profile so that it can be proceed for evaluation and mapping to project.

Yes , not to scare but situation is critical its on your job they can fire you , try to raise a HEAR against your manager
Don’t know what will happen but chances are there that they may save your job or atleast you have some time to get new job
How do you know you are blocked by central tpd ?
Hi it’s most probably due to your icount rating as UP under performing

Anyone who is blocked by Central TPD ,are unblocked now or still in. Blocked state
What rating did u got year end ? Which unit ur belongs to and how long ur in bench and what is the job level ?
