Hi i recently got released from my project hardly 1 week and I got a mail for a project opportunity with subject central bench,but it's hardly 1 week how can I be moved to central bench?

There is no issue until HR mail. If you are in bench only your unit people will know and contact for allocation. If you are in Central then your profile will be visible for all the units and if skillset matches then they will shortlist this is the another kind of opportunity to get into the project easily.
