Please suggest,

A graduate degree is mandatory, or can I switch to another company with just my diploma degree (polytechnic)and experience at Infosys?

I have been every company ask for graduates degree even you have experience?

Try getting an engg degree. It has upper hand than Bsc/ Diploma/BCA. Not saying that you won't get a job with latter but it's good if you have engg degree

A graduate degree is often required. Experience helps, but many companies still want that degree. If you want to move up, consider getting that degree.
