Hello everyone,

I am currently working in a functional/support role, but I really want to move into a more technical role that offers better growth and long-term opportunities. Since my background is not very technical, I am looking for guidance on where to start and what skills would be most valuable to learn today.

Some of the areas I often hear about are programming (Java, Python, JavaScript), cloud technologies, data analysis, and automation. But with so many options, I am not sure which path would be the best fit to build a strong career foundation.

Could you please suggest which technical skills or domains are worth investing my time and effort into, considering the future job market and stability? Also, any practical advice or resources for beginners would be really helpful.
