Trending @Infosys; Career Growth and CTC Comparison For JL3 FROM OE to SE

I initially joined Infosys as an OE in 2021 DEC with three years of experience and have since moved into a System Engineer role IN 2024 DEC. My current CTC is 430,269. I’d like to know if others with similar experience are on the same career path and receiving the same CTC. Any insights?

Same bro. Started as an OE in March 2022, moved to SE in October 2024 with 3,60,000 CTC. Now after the last CnB exercise my CTC is 4,31,988.

Though it is the same or slightly more than some of the regular SEs, due to high Basic Pay than them(~22k compared to ~18k for them), I'm getting only around 29,000 in-hand. Are you facing the same issue ?
