I graduated in 2019 with 3 years gap due to govt exam preps.Later I joined infy in apr'22 and got trained in .Net,didn't get allocated to any project for 1.5 years and finally got a prj in Oct'23.Its a dev proj but I couldn't learn much of things since work would be allocated and I have to do..I askd release from that project and joined new project based on current technology but previous PM gave me poor ratings and infy terminated me in Feb 2025 without prior notice. It's been six months.I'm not able to make a switch and stopped getting interview calls recently/any suggestions are welcome! Thanks for your time reading my post .
One of my friend went through similar situation. His only mistake was after getting terminated he went to home for 3 months where he went into comfort zone and wasted time then he went to Noida where his friends were working and he worked hard on learnings and became super active on job partals like naukri and LinkedIn. Then he finally got an offer in a startup.
Great he landed in a job finally after struggles..in my home they have started to tell me to vacate and come back home since it's been six months..im confused tho
