Hello, please share your thoughts on how to make my career better.

I have worked in a support project for an OCR application, I have surface knowledge along with application on windows servers, writing PL/SQL queries, Batch scripts and automation jobs. but never fully worked any of the above, my application doesn't have any openings.

my salary is very low compared to my JL JL4A SACON salary: 7.7 lps (10% variable)

please suggest how can I switch and for which applications can I apply
