Hi,

I am in infosys currently working on Toyota project, if I got opportunity with Capgemini should I grab that opportunity.

For 4yr work experience in Java spring boot microservices, current CTC is 1072000 with variable 10% What should I ask for CTC in Capgemini HR round .

Please also suggest Work Life balance Work Wfh/wfo how many days Etc
