Recently an assignment got raised for Toronto, Canada, with a C&B salary of 100k and MOA 40k. Can someone please help me to understand the salary structure, are these two components separate components or already included in the c&b salary component and what will be my take away salary after taxes. Is it a good compensation for a single person or we can negotiate in any way to get any increment on the above salary. Any suggestions on the canada assignment and ways to maximize my savings there. 100k is the total. It’s decent for single person . Provided you share accommodation with other bachelors. The plus side is if you can get PR initiated and get citizenship in 4-5 years. Then you are free yo grow your career in Canada and US. US work visa is easy for Canadian citizens
